RECENT  PROJECT

A Youth Personal & Professional Development Project at Sligo Grammar School - an 8 week boxing course engaging young people ages 14 & 15 from across Europe who were in transition. Worked with them through the sport of boxing on self-image, self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills. The course wasn't just about throwing punches and getting fit. Core competencies taught were concentration & focus, listening, and team work.
