Latest Projects​
Sligo Sports Partnership Youth Sports Project

Worked with co-educational primary school youth from ages 9 to 12 at Holy Family Catholic School over a 12-week period teaching and coaching multi skills. Core competency focus included teamwork, leadership, and confidence. 
Youth Development Project

A Youth Personal & Professional Development Project at Sligo Grammar School - an 8 week boxing course engaging young people ages 14 & 15 from across Europe who were in transition. Worked with them through the sport of boxing on self-image, self-esteem, confidence, and leadership skills. The course wasn't just about throwing punches and getting fit. Core competencies taught were concentration & focus, listening, and team work. 
Organizational Leadership Project

Developed, implemented, and provided guidance for a major community development project in the Republic of Ireland for a not-for-profit, charitable, and educational organization. Developed the I AM Network-Ireland's entire Ministry of Sports division and provided strategic leadership, as well as various programs and events.
12-month Media Internship Program

The internship program was a cornerstone course for students to gain valuable experience that allowed them to apply classroom knowledge and skills in a practical setting. In addition, during the year training program, students were challenged to understand more about real-world application. During the process, they were able to sharpen their communication and leadership skills, grow as young and dynamic professionals, and prepare to compete within an international marketplace.
